Dear BitonEx Users,

Change Email

*You will not be able to withdraw for 48 hours after changing your email.

Enter a 【new email address】 that is different from your original email address.
After entering, click "Next" and follow the on-screen instructions to enter the following: new email verification；Original email verification；Phone number verification (phone number verification is only available for accounts that have bound a phone number)
After completing the verification, click 【Confirm】 to complete the change

The top left corner of the homepage -- Security Center -- Phone -- Click on Phone Number

*You will not be able to withdraw for 48 hours after changing your phone number.

Enter the new phone number that you want to 【change】
After clicking "Next", follow the on-screen instructions to enter the following: Old phone verification code；New phone verification code
After completing the verification, click【Confirm】to complete the change
