We provide an account cancellation service on our platform. Before proceeding with the cancellation, please carefully confirm the consequences that account cancellation will lead to:
1. All personal data will be deleted.
2. All trading and login functionalities will be disabled.
3. All incomplete withdrawals will be canceled.
4. All API keys will be removed.
5. Invitation codes will become invalid, and corresponding broker commissions will no longer be applicable.
*Once the account cancellation application is submitted, the cancellation will be completed immediately. Please proceed with caution.
Account cancellation procedures are as follows:
**On the APP:**
Click on the top left corner of the home page to enter "Personal Center" -- "Security Center" -- "Account Cancellation." Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation.
*Account cancellation requires that there are no pending orders or positions in spot/contract/C2C trading, and the account balance is <0.001BTC.
**On the Web:**
Click on the icon in the top right corner of the page to enter "Personal Center" -- "Account Cancellation." Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the cancellation.
