How to use BitonEx Wallet for internal transfers

Dear BitonEx Users：

Tap 【Balance】 in the bottom right corner of the APP homepage
On the【Balance】page, tap【Deposit】
Choose the 【Crypto】 you need to deposit--the token 【Chain name】--【Copy deposit address】or【Save QR code】
After filling in the information, copy the 【Deposit address】
Log in to the other Biton account that you want to withdraw from. Go to the Withdraw page. Enter the 【Deposit address】 and the deposit amount.

*Attention: The cryptocurrency deposit and withdrawal operations must be conducted with the same 【chain name】The actual amount credited will be based on the information displayed on the webpage.

Please note:

During the process of depositing funds within the BitonEx application, no transaction fees are incurred. Withdrawal fees, however, are subject to the rates displayed on the withdrawal page.
Funds may take a certain time to be credited to your account. If you have any questions, please contact customer service immediately.
