Dear BitonEx Users,
Blockchain asset transfers are divided into three steps: Counterparty withdrawal→Block confirmation→BitonEx credit
Counterparty withdrawal:
When the withdrawal status on the withdrawal platform shows "completed" or "successful," this indicates that the transfer has been successfully transferred to the block from this platform. However, it does not mean that the transfer has also been credited to the receiving platform.
Block confirmation:
Complete the corresponding block confirmation. Block congestion may occur frequently within a block due to an unpredictable number of transfers, thereby affecting the timeliness of transfers. This delay may result in the digital assets deposited not being confirmed promptly.
BitonEx credit:
After confirmation to the platform, it will be credited as soon as possible.
You can check the specific transfer progress according to the transaction ID.
If the recharged funds have not been credited, please check as follows:
1)If the blockchain shows "unconfirmed", and the block confirmation count has not reached the required confirmation count for crediting on Biton, please be patient and wait. BitonEx can only credit your account after blockchain confirmation.
2)If the blockchain shows "unconfirmed", but the block confirmation count has reached the required count for crediting on BitonEx, you can contact the official online customer service. Provide your registered UID, deposit address and deposit screenshot, also the screenshot of withdrawal success from the counterparty platform, and transaction ID. We will verify and confirm with you.
3)If the blockchain shows confirmed but the recharged funds have not been credited, you can contact the official online customer service. Provide your registered UID, deposit address and deposit screenshot, also the screenshot of withdrawal success from the counterparty platform, and transaction ID. We will verify and confirm with you.
Additional Information:
According to the characteristics of different blocks, each transaction within a block will require a certain amount of time to be confirmed and sent to the receiving platform. The number of "confirmations" required varies for different blocks. For BTC deposits
Recharging BTC requires waiting for 1 block confirmation to be credited.
After crediting, all assets in the account will be temporarily frozen. Withdrawals can be made after reaching 2 block confirmations. How to check the deposit progress?
